Walk2Win provides group and individual training services to help you meet your fitness,
health and racewalking goals.
Quarterly Membership Fees
$75 Includes T-shirt, Racewalking 101 seminar ($30 value), 3 month detailed training schedule, weekly group training session with the coach.
$60 Includes Individual critique and technique instruction, 3 month schedule, weekly training session.
$220 All of the benefits of returning membership, but for a whole year
To join our Walk 2 Win team, print and fill out our
MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM (MS Word Format) and either mail or email it to us.
You can also sign up with Walk2Win through Active.com using the link below. Active.com membership and/or processing fees will apply.
All members will receive training schedules for beginning, intermediate and advanced walkers emailed quarterly.
Weekly Workouts- Lake Miramar and Mission Bay
Every Sunday morning at 7:00 am the group meets for a coached workout. Most workouts are held at Lake Miramar in Scripps Ranch and
include track workouts, long slow distance, technique drills and even an occasional trail hike just for fun! We have also added a group walk at Mission Bay every Wednesday night at 6pm! See our

Weekly workouts are coached by Lizzy Kemp Salvato a National Class
Racewalker and Exercise Physiologist.
A two-hour seminar that teaches you everything you need to know to start a walking program. Learn the “secrets” of racewalking technique
to improve your speed and endurance. Learn the correct hip rotation, body alignment, arm pump and foot action. Learn stretching routines
and what shoes are best for walkers. Proper stride length and posture are emphasized. Seminar is $30, or included
with new membership.

Available by appointment to help you win at your individual strength training, weight loss or walking goal. Private
training is available at $50 per hour.
